You will find everyday low prices when you shop at TheTwistedBit.com. We offer low prices and fast shipping. We will match any price for a product, must be the exact same product, same color and size. We must be able to verify the price match from any major web site.

The Twisted Bit Saddlery will not price match on special promotions, Amazon, Ebay sales, closeouts or clearance sales. We reserve the right to not price match.

Original sales receipt must accompany all returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • Within 30 calendar days of the deliver date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order
  • Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description

Our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system must be used to make all returns. To receive an RMA number, please send an email to thetwistedbit@hotmail.com and provide the following required information:

  • Order Number
  • Invoice Date
  • Product Code & Description
  • Reason for Return (In a few words, please describe the problem)
  • Refund or Store Credit

Once we receive your RMA request, we will send you an RMA number via email. Simply write this number on the outside of the box and mail the item(s) along with a copy of your invoice to the following address:





We recommend that you pack your return items carefully so that they are not damaged in shipment. We are unable to issue refunds for damage items. If possible, reuse the original shipping container and add additional packing materials as needed. Your RMA will be valid for a 30-day period. We must receive your return prior to the expiration date provided with your RMA number. We are unable to issue refunds following the expiration of the RMA

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.


Authorized returns will be refunded to the account that was originally charged for the purchase at full amount charged for the merchandise along with any tax that may have been charged in conjunction with the item(s). If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next purchase. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or store credit for shipping charges.


All shipping charges for returns and store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
